Senator Prince Moye
Member
Hon Moye is a member of the Liberian Senate and is the Chairman of Ways, Means and Finance, House of Senates, Liberia Legislative Assembly, Republic of Liberia. He is a former member of the House of Representatives of Liberia.
Rev. Dr. Tolbert Thomas Jallah
Member
Rev Jallah is the Executive Director of the Faith & Justice Network of the Mano River Basin Countries. Rev Jallah served as the Secretary General of the Fellowship of Christian Councils and Churches in West Africa which is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Rev. Jallah currently serves as the head of the Board of Education and Theological Services of the Lutheran Church of Liberia, LCL.

Hon Frank Carter
Secretary/ED
Hon Frank Carter holds a BBA, BIS, MBA, MSA, and MHR, and is currently a transportation business owner. He served as manager of case workers for 10 years. Before this position, he served as health advisor for American Healthways for 3 years. He is a former Executive Vice President of the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas – ULAA and a former Head of the Liberian Community of Ohio, FOLAO.
